How can I pay for my virtual gift?

You can donate online using your credit or debit card. We’re sorry but we cannot accept cash or cheque payments. If you have any problems please ring our Supporter Care Team on 020 7848 4701

Am I limited to the number of gifts I can send?

No, you can choose as many gifts as you like. The more gifts you buy, the bigger the difference you’ll make and the more smiles you’ll give to our patients!

When I buy a virtual gift for a friend or relative, what do they get?

The recipient of your gift can receive a personalised e-card sent to the email address you specify. Or, if you prefer, we can send you a blank card in the post for you to give to your friend or relative.

Where does my money go if I buy a gift?

The money that you donate through Christmas Smiles will help us provide the best possible care at Evelina London and ensure we can go above and beyond what the NHS can provide. Thank you so much.

Your donation will go to the Evelina London Children’s Hospital general fund which helps to fund equipment, training and research as well as home comforts such as toys and games which make the hospital experience a little easier for our youngest patients and their families.

If you would like your donation to go towards the Play Specialists fund specifically, you will have this option at the checkout. This fund is restricted towards purchasing toys, games, arts & crafts and other items needed by the Play Specialists to support children and their families at Evelina London.

Can I make a donation of my chosen amount?

Yes, of course! There are many ways to do this. If you want to buy a gift on this website and also add a donation of your own amount, you are given this option at the checkout page.

When will I receive my printed Christmas card?

We aim to send the card within 5-7 working days of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot send cards requested after Friday 14 December due to Christmas last posting dates.
